The permanent holding magnets achieve a holding force of up to 35,000 N in the de-energized state and are designed for long holding of magnetic workpieces. When the DC-excited coil is switched on, the permanent magnetic field on the holding surface is neutralized and the workpiece to be held can be removed. The electromagnet holds loads even in the event of a power failure and only needs to be energized briefly to release the workpiece. The tensiometers of the DCAT series are measuring instruments for force-based characterisation of surfaces and interfaces. Because of the compact and modular product design of the DCAT series, a bespoke combination of device and accessories can be found for any use case. The DCAT 25 is the multifunctional all-round model of the series. Measurements can be carried out at defined humidity and at temperatures between -15 °C and 300 °C. In addition it is possible to investigate the viscoelasticity of monolayers in combination with the Langmuir trough module LTMr. As the only tensiometer in the DCAT series, this model can analyse the adhesive force extensively thanks to an additional camera module. Anisothermal stress relaxation test for determination of cross-linking density. - The TSSR-Meter can be used to perform conventional isothermal relaxation measurements as well as Temperature Scanning Stress Relaxation (TSSR), an anisothermal stress relaxation measurement method (AISR method). This method can be used to characterize the mechanical-thermal properties of elastomers. An important factor here is the determination of the cross-linking density. With the ever increasing demands on materials, the determination of crosslinking density is an important advantage, and therefore the TSSR meter is particularly suitable for material development and quality control during production.
